My Education and Qualifications

Gugle's Computer Services was started in July of 2006 by me, Stephanie Gugle. The basis of my business is that I will come to your house to work on your computer. If needed, I will bring the computer home with me to continue working on it. By me coming to your house, it saves you time and money because you don't have to disconnect your computer and take it into a shop, leave the computer there and then have to bring the computer home and re-connect up everything yourself.

My Education and Qualifications

I have a B.S. degree in Computer and Information Science that I received from University of Maryland University College in 2004 and a Master's in Computer Information Systems that I completed in May 2012 from Nova Southeastern University. I worked full time at Mosaic in their IT department as a Help Desk Technician. I want to also pursue several certifications as well. I have been working on friends and family members computers for more than 10 years. I have been a resident of Hardee County all my life.

Phone and email support is no additional cost. If I have to bring your computer home with me, I just continue the time on as if I were still working on it at your house.

Please do not hesitate to call me, as I will work with you on a payment plan if needed. My goal is to get your computer up and running so that you can use it. I accept Cash, Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks.

Should you have the same problem after I have fixed it, this will not incur the 1st hour charge, as it will be an ongoing problem. Any new problem will incur the 1st hour charge. Parts are extra if I have to purchase them for you.
